Our founder began his journey in the financial services industry with earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance at Hampton University, a historically black college. He began his career with the top firm in Global Human Resource Outsourcing, Aon Hewitt, and cultured the analytics of employee benefits administration which led him to his public sector role as Pension Administrator/Sr. Investment officer for DeKalb County, Georgia. His family legacy in Foreign Service has given him the unique ability to connect with all types of people and his team members share a passion for helping others.
My grandfather, a Tuskegee Airman, instilled in me the important values of public service and there are too many accolades given to him to count that I wish to honor. I owe him my dedication to carry on his legacy by creating a purpose-driven firm that will continue our mission.
Che’ Bailey is a results-driven and client focused financial services professional with over 20 years’ experience. He believes that preparing for financial independence is a client-centered process that attempts to discover goals before exploring potential solutions. It is a method of problem solving that educates the client and encourages informed decision making about his or her own circumstances. Che’ has served as Lead Retirement Consultant in the Government and Non-Profit arena servicing over 50,000 plan participants and will fulfill the production goals of your entity.
Jelani Hooks’s grandfather, Fenton B. Sands, was a Tuskegee Airman and a Navigator/Bombardier of the 617th Bombardment Squadron who served with the U.S. Army Airforce during World War II. After the war, he went back to Cornell University to earn his M.S. and Ph.D degrees which would land him a career that would take him to twenty-seven countries around the world. He worked as an International Agriculture Development Specialist for the U.S. Government where he worked in Europe, the Middle East, North and West Africa, and the Far East. While with the World Bank, he supervised projects in Egypt, Oman, Iraq, Tunisia, Greece, South Yemen, North Yemen, Mexico, Peru, and Ecuador.
