CBC takes a holistic approach to our consulting directives. We seek to simplify the processes needed to make our client relationships successful.
For us, every employee is a client, from executive level management to support staff. We understand that everyone leads busy lives and depend on us to provide unbiased expertise and do the actual work of benefits administration that eases their lives. Our goal is to manage each part of the process and involve our client’s staff when they feel it is appropriate.
CBC acknowledges the client’s organizational culture and participant behavior in the analysis and creation of benefits administration plans. In doing so, we understand the internal skills, resources and time required to successfully govern plans.
In the initial meeting with our clients, we identify their goals and objectives as well as the strengths or weaknesses of their current plan. This empowers us to assess our client’s current environment in order to and recommend improvements and make necessary adjustments to better serve their organization and staff.
CBC begins each client relationship with a formal review of their existing Plan Code, administration, contracts, education, governance documents, and investment structure.
After the initial meeting with our client, we use the analysis of their existing benefits administration organization and system to implement improvements. Our dedicated and knowledgeable team then creates a tailored benefits administration package for their review and our responsive management.
Our client’s organizational culture and participant behavior is used to implement beneficial plan revisions.
At CBC, we review each aspect of our client’s operational procedures related to benefits administration. This enables us to plan for the administrative support and control of select plan performance that benefits our clients.
